Terrible service
We had insurance policy with them canceled it and requested that they check if there is any refund due to us that was 2 weeks ago and have still not heard anything back.

16 Oct 2020, 05:51Incompetence is the top word for this insurance company. To date no one even followed up on 3 emails. I received a sms to say insurance in cancelled but again they took money from my account on 15/10. I will never recommend this insurance company to any one
