Terrible service

I have this insurance over 3 years with no benefit to me ...I get nothing in return not even a phone call ,nor have I used them..today im stuck on the hiway for the last 1 and half hour ..with no help 5 people called no1 is assisting my policy says if I call the correct number for road side assistance they cover me for 2500 per a tow with angel assist .but when on the line with affinity they say the cover me for 500 im ****en confused my phone is gona die and I still dont have help ! Worst insurance ever will cancel today ! Don't ever use there service ...
