slow response, bad service

I was in an accident last week Sunday and I submitted my claim on Monday last week my frastration is that my car is still at home it's almost two weeks now I use my car as a source of income and they know it's a taxi. I have to always call them every day they don't respond or tell the progress unless I call them This company don't seem to be willing to attend my problem but they deduct money every month the lady I mentioned above always tell lies and don't tell feedback to the clients
