Ridiculous service or poor insurance company

Affinity insurance their service is very poor stay away from this insurance. I had a claim with them they don't give any updates regarding the claim you have to call them everytime to ask for an updates.My car was ****** when I visited my girl inside complex then my claim was rejected saying that I have moved to another place without informing insurance or to update address with them so they won't pay anything and car was ****** and recovered but car was striped now they took that shell to their assessors now they are saying I must go and pick up the car with my cost and I am charged R120.00 storage if I am not going to take my car.

So good people please stay away from this insurance company it's a **** or try it if you want to cry or stay without a car while you were paying them each and every month.
