Rejection of a car insurance claim

I have never ever experienced such a bad service from Renasa taxi insurance. It took them over 60 days to finalise my claim after i received so many push backs from them. It was pretty clear from the beginning based on their attitude and behavior that they were not willing to pay. Now after almost 3 months they rejected my claim. Their reasoning was so pety, after accusing my driver of not having a valid PDP and me having to prove them otherwise, they rejected the claim on speed. If speed was indeed the issue from the beginning they had to raise it then as they had the report all alpng from tracker. Their business ethics is not of good faith and they don't put the customer first which is sad really. There is more to say about their treatment but at this point I'm too exhausted and appalled by their service.
