Poor service from Affinity funeral

Affinity funeral cover has the worst service ever, I have been waiting for feedback regarding my claim which they declined even though I have paid for 6 months in full, since 10/10/2022 I have not received any feedback from they they are ****** who just want people's money but they don't deliver as promised. Their consultants hide some of the information when they sign you up until the time of the claim, they failed to provide me with the sales call where their consultant didn't provide me with the full information, I am still waiting for them to approve my claim so that I can bury my niece with dignity, I will take further steps should they not respond today
