Poor service and crazy Increase

I received an increase from R825 to R1919.95. this is an increase of 232% +-. They have the wrong E-mail address and now they said I have to pay in full even though I am cancelling this policy. I have been requesting for the proof where I gave the wrong E-mail address and they still cannot provide me with the proof. When they sent me the E-mail where they informed of the increase the amount differed from the amount deducted from my account. So not only did they not inform me but they also took the wrong amount and now they refuse to cancel my policy and they refuse to pay me back. I believe this is completely dishonest and refusal to assist.
