Poor Poor Service

Appalling service. Met into an accident 5 weeks ago. My claim is still be investigated . Apparantly my plastic bumper didnt damage the huge tree that i knocked so theyve found that to be a discrepancy. My car has been out of my possessions for 5 weeks and in that time ive had to contact the insurer on numerous occaions. Would not recommend
