Poor customer service

I was involves in a car accident 25 June2014 write off . After accident I provide them with all they requested. Then I started calling them waiting for long on tje the line. Next thing I was told of claim adjuster. This year in may they just responded that my claim was rejected and my car is in Durban. Then I am responsible for storage and towing. I stay in Polokwane I dint asked them take my car to Durban. After accident i went to the dealer for help. I app**** for another ca r and was approved then told the dealer I can pay take another car as the other is outstanding. They were told I can have it as they are busy with the claim then I refuse to take it. After months now im rejected. What can I do now
