Not happy at all

They will not pay for things that were promised They don't pay for any emergencies They refuse to pay for simple urine tests They told us as soon as our baby was born that they would cover her now they want money upfront for her to be covered They won't pay for my child's injections. (Thats what my docter told me)They are just not worth having as a medical insurance or medical aid. We are highly disappointed..I'm cancelling tomorrow
