Not happy about how they handle my situation Affinity Car insurance

On the 06/08/22 I was involved in a car accident. I had sustained multiple injuries so I dicided to go to the hospital were my family member came after I received treatment.I left the hospital with intent to locate my vehicle and carry out relevant legal protocols and procedures.As I wished to file an insurance claim for the incident which i did however after 29 days of waiting feed back from my insurance that my claim was deemed unsuccessful due to reason that i had abandoned my vehicle,no choice but to leave my vehicle as i had required medical assistance. I wish to indicate that I am not happy with how the insurance handled this matter, including the fact that they didn't provide me with the rental car which is part of my insurance package as indicated in the policy.
