Not happy

2018 I was involved in an accident,may claim was rejected as they tell me I was once in an accident that I did not disclose, I was never in an accident but my partner was ,the way they asked me the question they were referring to me ,the question was directed to me( have you ever been involved in an accident and have you ever had a claim against you ) those questions were directed to me and I answered the questions honestly cause I was never in an accident.thise was my first claim. And again they tell me I had another one the was declined by another insurance. Which is not true and I can proof that ,unfortunately I don’t have the funds to consult a lawyer
