none payment, competency, rude response etc...

good morning <br> <br> My name is Petronella Mkhondelela insurance no:AFF140740/1 i had an accident on the 7th of December 2014 and when i first reported the matter to AFFINITY UNDERWRITERS after a week of trying to get hold of them and no answer, i was told a consulted will call me back which never took place. i went on calling and finally i spoke to Samantha Powell and she was no help at all. i never got feed back or any information about my claim. Its been 2 full months and nothing is going on i called Rosemary Smit the person who finally emailed me the agreement letter on the 30th January 2015 and i just found out today she was sitting with an agreement letter she was sitting with the the agreement letter which she was suppose to forward it to the bank, she did it today as i was on the phone with her. there are no apologies or sympathy or professionalism of any kind. the treatment is appalling they are rude very rude i must say. <br> <br> i am paying for a car that i am not driving and they don't even care and none compliance in their part.<br> <br> i am warning people out there to be extremely careful with AFFINITY UNDERWRITERS.
