No Feedback Claim Delayed

This is one such terrifying insurance company i had to deal with in my entire life. I submitted my claim and supporting documents in time, i was advised that the average time for processing claim is 4 working days. Now i am sitting waiting for feedback for about 3 weeks now. When i called and requesting to speak to the manager my call will either be placed on hold forever or terminated. They further ignore my incoming calls but they able to pick up if i call using a different number.<br> These people are playing hide & seek with me and unable to tell me whats going on with my claim. I need to change insurance as in yesterday. I WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING TAKING THIS INSURANCE TO THINK AGAIN.<br> <br> Extremely disappointed and annoyed by such incompetence.
