It was my 1st time to deal with Affinity Health, I followed the steps as on the back of my card. A Very Friendly call ctre phoned, I explained my needs, later I received a phone call from there Medical Sister on duty Rhinda Mincher who then went through with me my condition, As we were speaking she gaved a quick resolve to my problem and at the same time sending me my Prescription online. I went to the chemist and with no issues I was helped. For my point of view, I received very professional response from Staff members who promptly attended to my needs.
