Well somehow i'm not surprised that you AGAIN took my money, this after I have cancelled had to contact you for taking my money receive an "apology" and yet here you go again deducting money from my account.

I want my money back, not in 3 weeks, TODAY!!! and I want all my details removed from your system TODAY!! this is the last time, i will not tolerate you *****ing my money again.
