Is the second week waiting for a courtesy car

I have been paying Affinity insurency since the year 2013 March every month, two weeks back I was involved on a car accident and my car was damaged, i call the insurance, they send a towing truck and my car was towered. I lodged a claim on the following monday and it was approved during the week. Now here is my problem, They are not giving me a courtesy car car as it was promised from the first day.
