????IS AFFINITY AN INSURANCE COMPANY OR ARE YOU GUYS ****ING PEOPLE OF THEIR ASSETS ???I WANT MY CAR BACK, IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT WAS GIVEN TO YOU GUYZ

Had an accident on the 23-07-2021, claimed with affinity on the same day, on the 27-07-2021i got an email saying that the vehicle is going to be written off due to damage cost being high, i then asked if i could do a another quote for myself to compare the two , BRANDON O who is handling my claim said is ok, i was then informed that the vehicle would be moved to from the storage to limit cost, i asked where it would be taken,BRANDON O and NONHLAHLA K said to Madson centurion or Johannesburg, on the 29-07-2021, the was movement of the vehicle that the tracking company called me about and when called to ask, was told by BRANDON O that the vehicle is going to Madson centurion, same day the 29-07-2021 AT 14H30 the vehicle was being towed towards Frankfort, i still called BRANDO O and asked him where the vehicle is going, cause is suppose to in centurion, he called the manager of madson and asked where the vehicle is going cause it was suppose to be dropped off at one of the branches in Johannesburg, was then informed that the vehicle would be towed back to Johannesburg next week but not given a specific day, now the vehicle is moving around KZN, MPUMALANG, no response from the manager of MADSON and AFFINITY INSURANCE only speak to you when you make them aware of what is going on with my car. SO DID AFFINITY INSURANCE WRITTE OFF MY CAR WITHOUT MY CONCERN AND SOLD IT MADSON WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, I WANT ANSWERS FROM AFFINITY WHEN NEXT WEEK IS THE VEHICLE GOING TO BE BACK IN MY ARMS???????
