Insurance *******

My housekeeper took out car insurance in January 2017 and was told the excess would be R7 500 if she had an accident . Apparently they sent her an e mail in April ( an e mail she never received ) telling her about increases in her premiums and excess . I cannot understand this as a review should only be done yearly !! She had an accident and to proceed with the claim she had to pay R 15 000 excess . An astronomical amount . Of course I got some feeble e mail back . Whatever you do do not insure your car with affinity insurance brokers !!
