insurance claim

about a month ago i made a claim with my insurance affinity and the lady who was in charge of my claim has been making me run around the bush.i sent the insurance all relevant documents they required from me and everytime when i do a follow up there are other things they need and when i send themits the somw story.as a valued client who pays their insurane in time i really dont expect this bad service,and my car is just sitting at my place im really NOT impressed and im really dissapointed i mean i reported the incident on 22 june 2015and still waiting.its not fair and im very unhappy
