insurance claim

About a month ago i made a claim with my insurance affinity and the lady who was in charge of my claim has been making run around the bush .I sent the insurance all relevant documents they required from me and every time when I do a follow up there r other things they need and wen I sent them some story .as a valued client who pays their insurance in time I really dnt expect this bad service, and my car is just sitting at my place I'm really NOT impressed and I'm really dissapointed I mean I reported the incident on 22 June 2015 and still waiting its not fair...
