Insurance Claim

They broke into my house in the beginning of july. I send all the necessary documents to them in a week. Thought after two weeks it would be sorted. But we are in the middle of Oktober and nothing is happening. If probably phoned R300 worth of airtime. Just to find out each time no there's a problem not everyone at management level have signed off on the claim. Then its this and then that each time there's a story. They are the worst. So if anyone reads this please look at a alternative insurance.
