Insurance cancellation

Hello peter I have been trying to cancel my insurance with affinity they kept on giving wrong email address while confiscating money from my account I am always unfortunatel to find this rude lady on the phone who just give you this wrong email then drop the phone please help a thousand rand is a lot just to be taken for nothing
