*********** with empty promises

I submitted my claim four months ago but I'm still waiting to date. I've spoken to Petro, Gugu,Kevin and Vusi but not a single one of them has managed to assist me with this, instead I don't know how many times I've been told to wait 48 hours but nothing ever happens. I've sent them emails but no one responds to them until I call their call center. I've supp**** everything they required from me but the claim has been referred back to the loss adjusters by their general manager 3 times now. i was told to wait fora call from them a week or 2 ago but no one has gotten back to me and no one will get back to me until i give them a call myself. if you want to save yourself time and save yourself form dealing with *********** people who will make you run around in circles i wouldn't recommend this car insurance for you.
