*********** insurance

My car is insured with Affinity and on the 5 July 2020 I was bumped by a wild *** between Fort Beaufort and Grahamstown at about 16h00. I reported the accident at Grahamstown police station and on Monday reported it to the insurance. On the 07 October 2020 it was towed to the panel beater. It took them 28 days before they could provide me with hired car. My car has been with the panel beater since then and every time I complain to the insurance, they don't respond to my complaints. Today it's the 01 November 2020 I have not yet recieved my car.
