Impossible to claim

I have been with Affinity for more than 2 years, never missed a payment. People have been saying bad things about claims but I never bothered entertaining them as I have never claimed before. 3 weeks ago I decide to claim for a windscreen, costing less than a R1000. Logged a call and someone will call me they said., 2 weeks after I call back; they forgot to process the claim. Ok that will be done they said, Today nothing and its a week after, I call in no answer. Now do I stay with such insurance. If they can't assist me with a claim less than a R1000, how will they assist when its more than that? I am really fed up I don't want to lie
