im not happy about the process of my claim

Im not happy as how my matter was handled. As I received a qoute to pay an excess of R4000.00 on the in 2014 and later in 2015 February a qoute of R7454 which there was a clause that was not in the 1st qoute stating that qoute could change and I wasn't even told about it. It was jstated that I must make arrangements to pay the balance. Since then I've taken the matter up with ombudsman
