I'm fed up with affinity car insurance

My name is penual lukhele, I have a problem with affinity car insurance, I was involved in an accident on the 12 May 2018, I put my claim since then till today they haven't resolved my claim, I gave them all the documents they needed, Is been two months now but still they haven't rep****, I'm speaking with different consultants every now and then, they tell me that the previous consultant is not at work, today I spoke with petro she said she'll come back to me before the end of the day it's late already and I havent heard from her, she's been doing this for two weeks now, I don't know what to do anymore, is been two months now m without a car, affinity is really letting me down.
