I was in car accident on the 1september last year they did not want to pay for the tow guy who towed my car from the scene the was instructed by the police officer because I was not safe and my car as well since the other party was violent so the tow guy later demanded payment from me so because I was scared I had to pay this guy since the insurance refused to pay for him as he wasn't instructed by them to tow the car the insurance payed for the bank and very much happy about that settlement but they ignored the fact that I was in danger and the police officer instructed someone to tow my car and took me to SAPS
