I need an answer

Since I logged a claim in May 2021 I am still waiting for the response worse my car was towed to the panel beaters called called Cmc in Germiston it has been lying the since may I have been dealing with Sheldon, Sumeshni and Daniel they don't even bother to reply to my emails i do not know what is happening with my car l. Can you please help me expose this insurance company and I would like to find out what is going on with my claim and is my car still at the panel beaters.
