Hi there iam having a problem with affinity car insurance its been 3 months been involved in accidents, they haven't approved myhusband car to be fixed.. I was the one driving the car, he took a comprehensive option. Their services its poor, they don't even communicate we have to call each time... Yooh every day every day same story waiting for management to approve. My question is who is that management? .... They are still even deducting every month..... Please help us we really need a conclusion regarding this..... It has affected us so badly... What i know its even old Mutual its involved Aaa also involve.. They are all doing a circle of chain without any response.... Please guys if you have affinity insurance aaai rather you look for other insurance because you will become a victim like us....
