Frustrated

I have since registered my claim ( claim no: Mr CN Pitjeng AAS697701) on the 28 of May 2024 and my claimed is not yet resolved.

One of their assessors is now saying I told her that my car is registered with bolt and that's a lie, she asked if my car is registered with any e hailing and I said no, she is manipulating my statement,

And I would also like her to provide phone records where I said I am registered with bolt because her phone was on records during our conversation

And she is proudly saying my car may take much longer without being resolved, I stranded, I really need help

I am without a car for 2 months now, while on the other hand my insurance has a car hire and I was not provided with a car till to date
