I have a house hold content insurance with affinity had burglary on the 16 April 2019 launched the claim and today have not receive any update instead discovered that they have security check designed for sales purpose and in the event of something happening they would then tell you, you did not meet the security criteria I have paper trail meanwhile of the contractual agreement they've resorted to being plain quite now
