failure to pay for claim

I was told my claim was to small for them to pay. I'm stuck with a damaged vehicle and i have been paying my insurance for two years thinking I'm fully covered. I did not have this problem with other insurances with similar situation to incident. The accident I was in was not my fault now I look at my damaged vehicle thinking why did I even take insurance.
