Extremely disappointed at how my claim has been handled

I submitted a claim for my car with my insurance, Affinity insurance. We are going into our third week,nothing has been done. I'm being thrown from Pillar to post. I am being inconvenienced to the core. It has been the same excuse forever. This is my first claim already they are giving me a run around. Affinity insurance, you can certainly do better than this.
