Excellent Service

I wanted to terminate my contract when i called and was put through To Shoneez. She was so understanding so took time to understand what i am on about. She went an extra mile to get information i wanted and to make sure i am satisfied. Having been in the customer service myself, i have to admit that was a \kick-ass"service that i got and I am now retained as their client. I just hope and wish her efficiency does not go unnoticed. She is the one to keep in the organisation. """
