Dishonest and unreliable

Was with Affinity Insurance a business car insurance, which was then written off. They are not paying the full amount of the loan as they refuse to pay towing and storage and are claiming almost R7000 in 'prior damages' in a car that was written off. They are unresponsive, dishonest and unreliable. They are also extremely slow. Would not recommend them to anyone!!
