Disgusting Service rendered by Affinity Insurance

Affinity has the worst services rendered to its customers .. i claimed a month ago after my husbands car was involved in a car accident and the car was declared a write- off to think i was dealing with a partner in ICU ( fighting for his) loosing a car we truly loved and having to deal wit appalling service rendered by this insurance company, the lady that is handling my claim (Lydia) is *********** and drags the process. its a new year and i was expecting by now everything would be finalized but no Im still dealing with affinity, its sad that they debt the money with enthusiasm but fail to have the same attitude after the claim.. i wouldn't recommend anyone to use this car insurance unless you prepared to pay for no service.
