Denied to change policy

Hello I would like to get help requesting my schedule letter from this funeral cover but they are denying me to get the letter since last year December and they say my account has lapsed due to non payment for 2 months and I have told them I want to leave their services.

Can I get help getting the schedule letter so I can change the policy Thank you
