******** debit order

I am very disappointed in the company. No one seems to care. Debited and deducted in my account on the 30th August 2024 and blocked the reversal of the transaction on my account. When I clearly instructed that they should not initiate the policy as I was still covered by my previous medical aid and will not be taking a policy with them. I called on Monday asking for the finance to reverse the debit order they had initiated and they said someone was going to come back in that regard. Four days later, no one has bothered to come back to me reverse back my money. The company is really a ****mer as i did not mandate a debit order in my account
