Customer Care Service****cellent

I did not at first know that it is an insurance and not a medical aid...Overall the service is good ..the only thing the hospitals that works with Affinity Health is very far from where a live...and also The hospital plan I took it covers to little and I must pay in extra when visiting other hospitals.. Was assisted by one of the Customer Care consultants today...Samkelisiwe Ndlovu,she delivered effective and efficient service,I dont have complains about their Customer Service always excellent...
