I am extremely disappointed with your service. Yesterday, my sister was critically ill, and we needed authorization for her to be sent to the hospital. However, your consultants made us answer questions over the phone that we were unable to respond to, as she was unresponsive. We were passed from one consultant to another for hours, repeatedly explaining the same situation, while my sister urgently needed medical attention. This was an unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend your medical insurance to anyone.
