Complaint

On Monday 2017-12-25 at about 04:00 I had an accident I called affinity insurance no one picked up the phone i had to ask a friend to organize a tow truck for me ...tow truck arrived and the vehicle was towed to a private towing company because affinity couldn't pick up call.. On the 26 they were still closed on 27 i called them I spoke to Thabile who registered my claim ...i sent all required documents (accident report,sketch plan,drivers licence and 24 hour statement)I had to call them again to ask them if they received my email..they respond they had received...this was 27 on the 28 dec i called them no response only to find out on the 29th at 13:00 they were closed...to open again on 2018-01-02 ....till nw they haven't sent an assessor to where the vehicle is they didn't bother to organize curtosy car for me of which i had a curtosy car in my plan with them....the vehicle is in a towing company who will pay for storage of this much nw it's 7 days since the vehicle is there #affinityCarInsurance #badService #help
