Complain

Am not happy with the service i got from you guys. I joined this police two years ago and i never claimed from them. Today i have a problem and they are failing me. I got an accident on the 30th I submitted the claim. I need to call them in order for me to get a response or any information about my car. They’re saying they are waiting an assessor since from last week Wednesday 😭 am so hurt because am paying them each and every month and when I need assistance I can’t got it. Am using this car to go to work. And now am stranded I don’t what to do
