Claim Validation

Worst worst service ever. I got involved in an accident twoo weeks ago and submitted all the necessary documentation, but I'm still waiting for my claim to be validated and do not have a car to use. I've been paying all my premiums on a monthly basis without a hassle and now I have to wait and beg for Affinity to assist me as if they're doing me a favour. This is absolute nonsese. Based on the service that i have recieved, I definitely would'nt advise anyone to use Affinity insurance.
