Claim No: TP5***

I have insured my Toyota Avanza with Affinity Insurance ,it a brand new car which i am using for my transportation business.The car got bumped from the bank caused damaged costing R34 062.64 and they came back to me saying they will only pay R8882.64 and i must pay the rest.<br> <br> Thier reasoning is that on my policy schedule they say my excess is 10% of the insured amount min R5000 which i think they do deliberately to mislead the client into thinking it R5000 excess.I am very unhappy with their service and what they are doing should be *******.
