claim denied

some time in April i drove into a pothole that left two on my tires permanently damaged so i saved money then bought the tyres and fixed my rims myself because i was advised that my insurance did not cover tyres or rims.so last week i decided to ask them how much i can pay to add a tyres and rims cover and i was told that ive been covered for that since day one. shocking as it was i then explained my story to the lady by the name of Chantel Gir and she told me i can go report the matter anywhere but they wont refund me. please help me get my money back,i have all the slips to prove it. my name is Leader Mbambala i am based in Pretoria sunny-side and my number is ********** 344.thank you hello Peter
