Car accident , assessor report not forthcoming

On the 30/04/2015 I logged in a claim with the insurance following my vehicle accident on the 28/03/2015 understandably all paperwork that was required were filled and email to the admin who is handling the claim and I was assured that all is up to standard only what remain was the assessors report the I will be illegible to get a car hire as my policy schedule suggests.<br> <br> To this day I am yet to hear of the progress and I still don't have the results in order for me to have a car to go to work as I am a shift worker and I have kids to ferry to school.<br> <br> I do not know what is the hold up although my claim handler admits that she is still waiting for the assessors report but it has been 12 frustrating days in need of transportation and waiting for any news that might give me some direction.<br> <br> The insurer has not kept in touch I always call in to check of the progress so does my broker AB BROCKERS<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
