Cancellation and reversal

My mother is a pensioner, she received a call from affinity health thinking that it was a funeral insurance only to find out it's a medical scheme with account nos: AFFFuneral *** Medsociety:*** and didn't receive any documents from them but the deduct. On the 28th of Jan 2023 she went to Grindrod Tsakane mall where she asked to cancel the affinity insurance of which they did. On the 2 Feb they did deduct when we call their office the no was not working. Kindly help with cancellation and asking for reversal from that of 2nd of Feb, and March.
