Cancel car insurance

I want to cancelled my car insurance cause my car is in the garage since November 2019,I bought a car June last year 2019 now my car have a problem of to be bumpy when moving,I called dealer explain everything said must take car to be assessed,I do that,one morning when I go to work car is more bumpy seems is on top of the wheels,so I decided to leave the car I'm using taxi,when I ask dealer about warranty said said have no warranty,so what is the use to pay car insurance monthly better to cancel.
